Rapid Transfer is a Persona-Based stand alone application for Bank Tellers. The purpose of this product is to assist front-line employees in generating a money transfer.
Typically Bank Tellers have very limited knowledge in making money transfers, and this product is meant to help them succeed with minimum training.
This project involved Design Thinking, a great deal of innovation, as well as several sessions of customer validations, plus user testing.

Menu items coupled with changing radio buttons for each menu item, made for a difficult navigation. A combination of the menu items with the radio buttons options into a singular dropdown menu delivered the desired efficiency.
