Imagine this:

A banking application targeting inexperienced bank tellers (the persona) to perform large-sum wire transfers efficiently.

The problem:

Bank tellers are typically low-trained high-turnover, and low-security employees tasked with generating high-value wire transfers for in-branch customers. The current slate of products needs to be simplified for this persona, leading to an inefficient error-laden process.
